Parrot On Parade - 30 hours

Hello again!

Another stint, another update. Mr Scruffy is at about the halfway mark now and I'm well into stitching his ruffled chest feathers.

You saw him like this a few days ago:

And now he's grown to this:

It's quite rare for me to stick with a project for more than one or two 10 hour sessions but Mr Scruffy is refusing to be taken off the frames. He's obviously enjoying the attention far too much and seems determined to hog the limelight for the remainder of the month. And, you know what? I might just let him!

Take care,
Rachel x

What a cutie!! I'm glad he is demanding more attention. Sometimes it's just too hard to put a project away.

I just love when our projects follow their own mind and refuse to be put away! Mr. Scruffy is looking cuter every time he shows up here! Can't wait to see his next progress picture.

Mr Scruffy is coming to life :-)

Well of course, he'd give you the evil birdy eye if you put him away too quickly! Nice to see the fun yellow appearing in him too. :D

He does look like a bird that would get his way and would screech and holler if he doesn't. Very wise idea to let him have his way on this one. And to his and your credit he does look amazing.
