A short and sweet post this morning just to show another finish in the LK Green series. You must be bored with seeing these but I did say March was going to be a LK month!
This is how it looked after my January start:
And completed it now looks like this:
Lizzie Kate
Stitched on 16ct Muted Garden hand-dyed aida by The Crafty Kitten 2 over 1
Stitch count 40 wide by 63 high
Started - 8th January 2016
Finished - 14th March 2016
Total stitching time - 7 hours
(estimated 11 hours)
Another easy but enjoyable stitch, and one which means I'm now 1/3rd of the way through completing my January starts (although I have chosen to stitch the smaller pieces first!) Now to work on another one. Don't worry, only two more to go!
Happy stitching everyone,
Rachel x

Hey Rachel! Finally I am able to sign in and post on here again!! It wouldn't let me comment on your blog and kept telling me I wasn't signed in, but yet it wouldn't let me sign in!! Grrr! Very frustrating because it was only your blog that I couldn't comment on.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I have still been reading your blog and ooohhhing and ahhhing over your pictures. I must say, I love the L*K series. The colors just pop off that fabric. Again, great choice!! Congrats on getting 1/3 of the way finished, that's exciting!!
Oh! And congrats to the winner!!

ReplyDeleteI really do love this Green series by Lizzie Congrats on all your finishes
ReplyDeleteAnother super cute finish, Rachel :) I love L*K designs...they prove that you don't need complicated speciality stitches (which are lovely in their own place) or complicated backstitching to get a fantastic finish! Seeing all yours makes e want to go whip out an LK from my stash....hmmmm.......should I...shouldn't I..... :D
ReplyDeleteLove your finish!
