Thank you for all of your support yesterday agreeing that, occasionally, stitching should take precedence over housework. Note, I said OCCASIONALLY! It is not something I want to get in the habit of doing.
After my Ride A Bike marathon it's not surprising I didn't stitch as much today. But I still had a good go at burning the midnight oil and managed to achieve this much:
Stitch count 40 wide by 63 high
Estimated stitching time 11 hours
Stitching time to date - 1 hour 15 minutes
I thought I'd be different and not start with the wording this time. I'm also going to be mindful of the greens when I come to stitching them!
For day 26 we have another gorgeous piece of fabric appropriate to the time of year (in the northern hemisphere anyway!)
Back tomorrow

Cute start!! :) 'Occasionally' is still better than 'once' or 'rarely' ;)
ReplyDeleteNice start! I love his sweet little doggie face:)
ReplyDeleteAw what a cute little doggies!! I want to stitch on mine now :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute start! I'm of the opinion that housework, while a necessary evil...can go on the back burner once in a while :)
ReplyDeleteOoo - love this fabric! Soooo pretty!
ReplyDeleteToo cute! Love the little dog. Can't wait to see the next one.
ReplyDeleteI agree wholeheartedly with this one :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a good message and my pets agree! Sometimes I think that our pets rule our home ;)
ReplyDeleteAnother cutie! I think you left the wording so you could stitch the sweet little dog. Only 5 more starts to go...
ReplyDeleteThis is a much more achievable aim than riding a bike!
ReplyDeleteIs the next piece winter white or maybe dull grey?
Love the dog Rachel.

Another great start! You have been doing brilliantly with the challenge.... I must get back to my starts but I have been trying to focus on finishing a couple of them before the end of the month :o)

Somehow I deleted this post from my reader before I commented on it.
ReplyDeleteGreat new start, too. And such a wonderful fabric, its name goes with the theme of this series.
Very cute start and I need to remember that housework is occasionally more important than stitching too. :)
